Italian rum cake with 3 layers of rum soaked vanilla cake, filled with one layer of our chocolate mousse and one layer of our vanilla mousse with fresh sliced strawberries. Shown as a 6″ cake with Traditional decor vanilla buttercream frosting with combed finish on the side, chocolate buttercream borders & ring of fresh strawberries and dark chocolate shavings in the center.
