Here at Dessert Works, we take great pride in our hardworking staff. You can tell just by looking at some of our creations that we have an incredibly talented team in the kitchen who work hard to make your cakes possible! However, the staff that works in the front of the store also plays an important role in making your dessert dreams a reality, and in the last few months we’ve welcomed a new set of counter staff eager to work with you on your next order! As we enter the new year, we thought we would take some time to introduce you to our new retail staff. Stay tuned weekly for new staff profiles!
Education: Andrea has a Bachelors degree in Marketing and an Associates in Culinary Arts. She also has roughly 17 years of experience in the Hospitality industry.
Favorite Dessert Works item: Mini Eclairs! YUM!

In addition to her love for cooking and baking, Andrea also has a great knack for visualizing concepts for cakes, even if we’ve never done anything like it before!
