Payment/Cancellation policy

Regular and All Occasion Cakes

To order a cake for all other occasions, choose your flavor from our flavor gallery. or cake menu  Please determine the cake size that you need based on the number of guests attending. Finally, choose a design or theme for the cake from the drop down menu in  our Specialty gallery.


When you are placing an order, we require either full payment or a credit card number to hold the order in our system. Payment may be made by cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express when placing an order in the store. When placing an order over the phone, payment may be made by Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.

Cancellation & Change Policy

 AS OF November 1, 2020  orders CAN NOT be changed or canceled without a processing fee. If you decide that your event needs to be postponed for any reason, we are happy to reschedule or hold your deposit until you are ready to reschedule. We simply require a minimum of 5 days notice. Postponing or cancelling, with less notice, up to 48 hours prior to order pick up or delivery time, will be issued a 20% cancellation fee with balance, back to their card. Orders that are considered custom, or “specialty” require the same amount of time needed to create that customization, in order to receive any refundClick here  for an explanation of this guideline:

Orders that would like to cancel with LESS THAN 48 hours cannot be refunded.

Standard products that do not have any customization require 48 hours, to receive a full refund or to make major changes to the order. This is 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up/ delivery date and time. Standard products that are looking to cancel with LESS THAN 48 Hours notice, will receive a merchandise credit good for 1 year.

 You must speak directly with a retail associate for a cancellation to be processed and considered received. We CANNOT cancel orders scheduled for the same day as your call. We do not issue refunds for items that are not picked up.
