Cake & Pastry Assembly

This position is full time, 5 days/week, minimum 1 weekend day required; no late nights. The ideal candidate should be able to slice cakes proficiently & follow recipe execution.

Cake Decorators:

Experience frosting and decorating cakes, and or pastries . Ability to work with real Italian buttercream, flower making and sculpting in chocolate is a plus!

Qualifications:

Previous experience in professional bakery or dessert kitchen service is beneficial
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to work well in teams & independently
