Love the convenience of our Party Packages but looking for something designed exclusively for your event? Our Custom Party Packages are designed for customers who want a one-of-a-kind celebration while still enjoying the convenience and value of our signature Party Package format.
Whether you're celebrating a birthday, baby shower, bridal shower, graduation, Sweet 16, or milestone event, our team will create a coordinated dessert collection inspired by your vision.
From the centerpiece cake to the coordinating sweets, every dessert is thoughtfully designed to create a beautiful, cohesive collection that can be styled to complement your celebration.
What's Included
Every Custom Party Package includes:

- Coordinating desserts based on your package size

Our packages are available in four sizes to accommodate a variety of guest counts:
- Petite: 15–20 Guests
- Classic: 20–35 Guests
- Deluxe: 40–50 Guests
- Premium: 50+ Guests
Each package includes a curated selection of coordinating desserts, with the quantity increasing based on package size.
A Note About Presentation & Setup
Your custom mockup is designed to help you visualize the overall look, color palette, and coordination of your desserts. Serving trays, cake stands, risers, linens, florals, décor, backdrops, and other styling elements shown in mockups or inspiration images are not included in our package services.
Dessert Works provides the beautifully finished cake and desserts included in your package; onsite dessert table setup and styling are not included. Setup should be coordinated directly with your venue, event planner, or handled independently prior to your event.

The Design Consultation
Every Custom Party Package begins with a Design Consultation.
During your consultation, we'll discuss:
- Your event and guest count
- Theme and inspiration
- Color palette
- Dessert preferences
- Personalization details
Consultations are available Tuesday through Thursday and may be held in person or by phone.
A non-refundable $25 consultation fee includes:
- Up to one hour with our Lead Designer
- Review of your inspiration and ideas
- Design recommendations
- A custom mockup
- An individualized quote provided 1-3 business days after the consultation
Our Process
1. Submit Your Inquiry Below
Complete our Custom Party Package Inquiry Form with your event details, guest count, inspiration, and preferred package size.
2. Meet with Our Lead Designer
During your scheduled Design Consultation, we'll discuss your vision, review inspiration photos, and share examples of our previous work to help refine your ideas.
3. We'll Bring Your Vision to Life
Following your consultation, our design team will prepare a personalized mockup and custom quote.
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to complete your proposal.
4. Finalize Your Order
Once you've reviewed your mockup and quote, we'll finalize any remaining details and reserve your event date.
Pricing
Custom Party Packages start at $151 for our Standard Petite Package, plus a $25 non-refundable Design Consultation.
Your Design Consultation includes up to one hour with our Lead Designer, personalized design recommendations, a custom mockup, and a customized quote for your event.
Final pricing is based on:
- Package size
- Design Collection (Standard, Signature, or Luxury)
- Design complexity
- Specialty finishes and premium materials
- Dessert upgrades and add-ons, such as coordinating decorated cookies, cupcakes, or additional desserts
