Cake Assembly & Decorator

This position is full time, 5 days/week, minimum 1 weekend day required; no late nights. The ideal candidate should be able to slice cakes proficiently & follow recipe execution. Experience frosting and decorating cakes, and or pastries . Ability to work with real Italian buttercream, flower making and sculpting in chocolate is a plus!

Qualifications:

Previous experience in professional bakery or dessert kitchen service is beneficial
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to work well in teams & independently

Retail Associate

This position could be either part-time OR full-time. Shifts are generally 8-4pm for an “opener” and 10-6:30 for a “closing” shift. The ideal candidate should work well under pressure, be able to maintain the stores presence, work well with a team, and assist customers. Responsibilites Include:

Open & Close the store.
Greeting customers
Keeping product stocked and arranged in the cases properly
Collecting orders for clients picking up, assisting them to their vehicle if necessary
General Cashiering/Checking customers out
Maintaining the overall appearance of the retail store, cleaning/sanitizing, sweeping
Light kitchen “side-work”, (like bagging/boxing cookie orders), prep work for kitchen
Building cake and pastry boxes, keeping stock full
Be able to lift up to 25 lbs
